Fees

Registration: $100.00 / per child (non-refundable)

Deposit:  First week’s tuition (reserves spot for child)

Returned Check: $40.00                             

Late Payment: $35.00 / per child

Late Pick Up:  $1 per minute /per child

NO TUITION DUE FOR THIS WEEK

If Christmas Eve and Christmas Day falls on Saturday and Sunday, then the Center will be closed only on the Friday before the holiday. Generally, when one of the listed holidays fall on a Sunday, it will be observed the following Monday. Likewise, if the holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed the preceding Friday.

Inclement Weather

in case of inclement weather, hurricane alert, or power failure, the center’s emergency plan will be communicated with parents. The announcements will be made through Bright wheel, emails, or phone calls to parents.

 

Pandemic Closure

In the event of a State/National Pandemic, 50% tuition is still required weekly in order to hold positions in care. Any days the center is closed due to pandemic illness, cleaning, or any closure that is pandemic related, tuition is due in full.

Back Up Care

Parents are responsible for providing their own back up care for illness, holidays, emergencies, and any other closure dates of the Center.

Enrollment and Registration

Please complete and submit the registration information along with any additional supporting documents as required by state licensing. All fees and forms are to be submitted one week before enrollment. Failure to submit one or all the required documents and fees may result in your child not being enrolled into our program.

Enrollment Documents Required 

  • Registration Fee and Deposit

  • Child Record Form

  • Physical Examination Record & Immunization Records (MUST be up to date and signed by physician)

  • Present Proof of Child Age & Identity (Certified copy of child’s birth certificate)

  • Court Issued Custodial Agreements (If applicable)

Please note: The registration forms, health and immunization records, and the child’s emergency contacts MUST be updated annually, and parents are required to communicate immediately if any of their information has changed.
